Chris McPartlan

Mr. McPartlan is the Vice President of Investments at CCFO. He is responsible for managing current investments and originating/underwriting new investments across all asset classes and geographies. He is a member of the firm's Investment Committee and has 9 years of investment experience in both public and private markets.

Mr. McPartlan joined CCFO from Resource Land Holdings, a $500m real estate private equity fund manager based in Denver, CO. As a Senior Research Analyst, he was involved in underwriting and carrying out due diligence on investments across various real estate asset classes. He was the lead analyst on an investment team that closed a combined $85m in real estate transactions and was responsible for co-managing a $50m portfolio. Prior to Resource Land Holdings, Mr. McPartlan worked with Red Rocks Capital, a private equity firm in Denver, where he was responsible for generating and maintaining financial models for current and prospective portfolio companies.

Mr. McPartlan earned his B.S.B.A. from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he graduated at the top of his class with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. He is a Series 65 license holder. To further his education, Mr. McPartlan is pursuing his CCIM real estate designation, which is the gold standard in real estate finance and investment analysis.
